MONTHLY: China's ELV recycling rate seen rising in Sept

After a slight recovery in August, the total volume of ferrous scrap recycled from end-of-life (ELV) vehicles in China is expected to rise further in September in parallel with the likely improvement in steel scrap demand among steelmakers, Mysteel's latest survey results suggest.
