WEEKLY: China's HRC output at 4-year low, prices lose further steam

Hot-rolled coil (HRC) production among the 37 Chinese steelmakers surveyed by Mysteel during September 10-16 declined further by 38,900 tonnes or 1.3% on week to touch a four-year low of 2.87 million tonnes, Mysteel's latest survey showed.
