DAILY: Seaborne iron ore prices decrease amid limited trading activities

Seaborne iron ore prices decreased on Thursday, October 8, 2026. The Mysteel SEADEX 61% Fines decreased by 0.11% or $0.10/dmt to $90.55/dmt, while the corresponding 62% Low Alumina Fines index decreased by 0.16% or $0.15/dmt to $94.95/dmt. Both indices are based on CFR Qingdao.
