WEEKLY: Aust., Brazilian iron ore shipments hit 5-m high

Total iron ore shipments to global destinations from the 20 ports and 17 mining companies in Australia and Brazil under Mysteel's tracking rebounded during October 12-18, rising 4.8 million tonnes or 20% on week to reach a five-month high of 29.1 million tonnes, with shipments increasing from both countries.
