WEEKLY: China’s blast furnace capacity use nears 80%

The capacity utilization of the blast furnaces at 247 Chinese steel plants nationwide Mysteel monitors reached a 20-week new high over March 29-April 4, higher by another1.13 percentage points on week to 79.45%, according to Mysteel’s latest weekly survey published as of April 4. The continous rise is within Mysteel’s prediction last week.
