Vietnam imposes provisional AD duties on China's HRC

Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has imposed preliminary anti-dumping (AD) duties on hot-rolled coil (HRC) imported from China that will come into force on March 7 and last for 120 days, Mysteel Global has learned.
