CEC: China's market-oriented power trading volume up 7.4% in H1

Market-oriented electricity transactions across all trading centers in China totaled 2,847.03 billion kilowatt hours (kWh) in the first half of 2024, rising by 7.4% from the same period last year, according to data from the China Electricity Council (CEC), a state-backed industry association.
