CONF: WSA official urges Chinese steel exporters to prioritize profits over volume

Chinese steel exporters should shift their focus from simply increasing export volumes to maximizing profits, urged Zhong Shaoliang, deputy director general of the World Steel Association (WSA) and chief representative of its Beijing office.
