On January 17th,Shenzhen Dynanonic Co., Ltd. announced that the company has signed a joint venture agreement with Amsterdam Fertilizers to jointly increase capital in ICL BM, S.L. After the capital increase is completed, Amsterdam Fertilizers holds 80% of the shares and Dynanonic holds 20%. The project mainly produces LFP, with an estimated total investment of 285 million euros. Amsterdam Fertilizers is a subsidiary of ICL Group Ltd., a globally leading specialty mineral company that creates impactful solutions for sustainable development challenges in the food, agriculture, and industrial markets for humanity.
