Russia's major ferrous metals output falls in Q1

In March 2025, Russia recorded an increase in rolled steel production by 10.4% compared to February of the same year. However, compared to March 2024, the volume of metal production decreased by 6.9%, reaching a mark of 5 million tonnes. Over January and March 2025, rolled steel output decreased by 5.2% to 14.4 million tonnes.
