On September 1, Miracle Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. announced that the company has signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with EVE Energy. The two parties intend to jointly build a closed-loop system for the entire lithium-ion battery chain, covering manufacturing-application-reverse recycling-reutilization. By strengthening reverse supply chain segments such as recycling network layout, efficient sorting, and reutilization, they aim to establish a green, closed-loop value chain for the full life cycle of lithium-ion batteries. The agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operational performance this year and in the future.
