The two parties have decided to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership in the fields of new energy off-road vehicles and power battery recycling. This collaboration aims to jointly promote the development of the green and low-carbon industry, achieving synergistic growth in both economic and environmental benefits.
The cooperation includes lithium-ion battery systems and vehicle procurement, joint operations and asset holding collaborations, market development, and recycling initiatives.
