WSA: Global crude steel output ends 4-m YoY drop in Aug

Global crude steel production among the 70 countries surveyed by the World Steel Association (WSA) edged up by 0.3% on year in August to reach 145.3 million tonnes, marking the first on-year rise since March, according to the latest release by the association on September 24.
