According to Mysteel's preliminary statistics, 14 automakers released their electric vehicle (EV) sales data for September. Among them, BYD, Geely Auto, and SAIC Group ranked among the top three in monthly sales, with sales of 396,270 vehicles, 165,201 vehicles, and 129,771 vehicles, respectively.
From a year-on-year perspective, 11 automakers achieved positive growth in September, and Leapmotor recorded the highest increase at 97.40%, followed by XPeng with a growth rate of 94.74%.
From a month-on-month perspective, 13 car makers saw growth in their September EV sales compared to the previous month. The detail is as follow:
