Mexico starts AD sunset review on Chinese stainless flats

Mexico has begun the sunset review of its anti-dumping (AD) finding into cold-rolled stainless flats originating from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan, Mysteel Global learns from an October 1 release in the country's Official Gazette. The review commenced immediately the day after the announcement.

The targeted Chinese products are cold-rolled stainless flats that fall under Mexico's TIGIE codes of 7219.34.01, 7219.35.02, 7220.20.03, 9802.00.01, 9802.00.02, 9802.00.03, 9802.00.07, 9802.00.10, 9802.00.13 and 9802.00.19. Mexico initially imposed AD duties on these cold-rolled stainless flats imported from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan in October 2020, with rates of $0.63/kg
