Top 10 Chinese coal miners' September output drops 2% MoM

The combined output of raw coal among China's top 10 mining companies totalled about 197 million tonnes in September, lower by 1.5% from August, Mysteel Global calculated based on the year-to-date statistics from the China National Coal Association (CNCA).

Among the ten companies, industry leader China Energy Investment Corp, headquartered in Beijing, recorded the largest decline in production, with its September output down by 2.6% or around 1.3 million tonnes from August at 51 million tonnes.
