Recently, Sinopec and LG Chem signed an agreement on the joint development of key materials for sodium-ion batteries. The two parties will focus on the energy storage system and low-speed electric vehicle markets in China and globally, working together to develop key materials such as cathode and anode materials for sodium-ion batteries. This initiative aims to accelerate the commercialization process, expand the business model for sodium-ion batteries, and extend cooperation to new energy and high value-added materials in the future.
