FLASH: Huitian New Materials signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Talent New Energy

On the evening of November 3, Huitian New Materials announced that it had signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Talent New Energy. The two parties intend to collaborate in the fields of solid-state batteries and key materials, encompassing business operations and industrial-financial integration. This agreement shall take effect immediately upon signing and remain valid for a period of three years.

 

Huitian New Materials has been deeply engaged in the electronic adhesives sector for many years. Its products are widely used in consumer electronics, chip packaging, automotive electronics, smart appliances, power supplies, and other fields, establishing the company as a leading enterprise in China's adhesive new materials industry. Currently, Huitian's existing products such as anode adhesives and thermal conductive adhesives can be applied in semi-solid-state batteries. Among these, the annual production capacity for PAA anode adhesive has reached approximately 15,000 tonnes, with current operations near full capacity. An additional 36,000-tonne annual production capacity is under construction and expected to be fully operational next year. The existing annual production capacity for SBR anode adhesive stands at about 8,000 tonnes, with capacity utilization steadily increasing and expansion plans currently underway.

 

Talent New Energy is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and sales of solid-state batteries. With years of dedicated focus on solid-state batteries and key materials, the company now holds over 800 patents related to solid-state battery technology, achieving independent control of core technologies and key process equipment.

 

The collaboration between these two companies will focus on three core directions, establishing a comprehensive cooperation system spanning R&D-Supply Chain-Ecosystem.
