On November 5th, EVE Energy announced that during the Australia International Energy Exhibition held on October 29th-30th, the company reached a strategic cooperation with Australian energy company EVO Power.
Under this agreement, EVE will supply 2.2 GWh of large energy storage battery systems–Mr.Big and Mr.Giant–over the next five years, jointly supporting the large-scale deployment of front-of-the-meter energy storage systems in Australia. This cooperation marks an important breakthrough in the global expansion of EVE's large energy storage batteries and their commercial application.
The Mr.Big energy storage-dedicated large prismatic cell boasts a capacity of up to 628 Ah, utilizes third-generation high-speed stacking technology, and achieves an energy efficiency of 96%.
The Mr.Giant system, housed in a standard 20-foot container, delivers an energy capacity of 5 MWh with a system energy efficiency of up to 95%. As of June this year, the 300,000th Mr.Big cell rolled off the production line at EVE's 60 GWh super factory in Jingmen City.
Regarding the cooperation with EVO Power, the first batch of Mr.Giant systems procured by the company has already arrived successfully, laying a solid foundation for achieving the 2.2 GWh strategic cooperation target.
On the global delivery front, EVE Energy's production base in Malaysia is scheduled to be fully operational by the first quarter of 2026. This will further enhance the company's delivery capabilities to the Australian market.
