UPDATE: India officially imposes AD duty on Vietnam HR plate imports

On November 12, the Indian Ministry of Finance announced that it had accepted the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's recommendation issued back in August and has chosen to impose anti-dumping duties of $121.55/tonne on hot-rolled flat steel products imported from Vietnam, effective for a period of five years from the date of publication.

The products in question are hot-rolled alloy and non-alloy steel plates without cladding, plating, or coating, with a thickness not exceeding 25mm and a width not exceeding 2100mm.
