On November 25, Huayou Cobalt announced that its subsidiary, Chengdu B&M Tech, has entered into a Product Supply Framework Agreement with Eve Energy. The agreement stipulates that from 2026 to 2035, Chengdu B&M Tech's Hungary facility is projected to supply approximately 127,800 tonnes of ultra-high-nickel ternary cathode materials to Eve Energy's Hungary plant. Notably, about 126,500 tonnes of this volume is scheduled for delivery between 2027 and 2031. While the agreement is not expected to have a material impact on the company's current financial performance, it is set to positively influence its future operating results.
