On December 2, Lopal Technology announced that its controlled subsidiary, LBM New Energy (AP) Pte. Ltd., has signed a long-term procurement agreement with Sunwoda Automotive Energy Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
The agreement stipulates that, from 2026 to 2030, the company is expected to sell a total of 106,800 tonnes of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cathode materials meeting the agreed specifications to Sunwoda, with total contract sales estimated at approximately Yuan 4.5 to 5.5 billion. This agreement does not constitute a related-party transaction or a significant asset restructuring and is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future performance.
