China Energy commissions long-shelved coking coal mine in Wuhai

Luotuoshan Coal Mine, a project located in Wuhai city, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region under China Energy Investment Corporation (China Energy), the country's largest state-run energy group, was officially commissioned on November 20, marking a new start after 20 years of prolonged construction, according to its operator Wuhai Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Energy.
