On December 5th, Wuhan NIO Power Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Optics Valley Traffic Company. formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will engage in deep collaboration in areas such as the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging and swapping infrastructure, energy innovation businesses, and brand ecosystems. According to the agreement, the ownership of charging and swapping station assets will be held by Optics Valley Traffic Company, and they will be jointly operated with NIO Power.
