On December 11, Laizhou City successfully signed an investment agreement for the Wanhua Laizhou Green Power Industrial Park project with Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. According to the plan, Wanhua Chemical will invest in the construction of an annual 650,000-tonne lithium iron phosphate (LFP) project in Laizhou. Upon reaching full production capacity, the project will provide critical material support for the development of new energy industries in Shandong Province, including power batteries and energy storage batteries.
