Recently, Huayou Recycling and Encory New Energy Recycling have officially signed a letter of intent for technological collaboration and joint venture in battery recycling. According to the letter of intent, the two parties plan to establish a JV focused on developing innovative future-oriented battery recycling technologies for automotive power batteries and related application fields. The collaboration aims to jointly build an international recycling system. The cooperation will first be deployed in China and gradually expand globally. Both parties will maintain close coordination, with plans to complete the construction of the first production facility as early as 2026.
