China Energy's coal production, sales drop MoM in November

Raw coal production of China Coal Energy Co., Ltd., a major listed Chinese coal miner, reached 11.17 million tonnes in November, down 2.4% from October and marking an on-month decline for the third consecutive month, according to the company's latest monthly report published on December 16. On a yearly basis, its November output dropped by a larger 7.4%.

According to Chinese financial media CaiLianShe, China Energy slowed its operations last month as the company had nearly achieved its full-year 2025 production target of 133 million tonnes. Over January-November, China Energy's cumulative raw coal production totalled 124.19 million tonnes, only about 9 million tonnes short of its target for
