Recently, relevant departments in Heze City, Shandong Province, have publicly disclosed the environmental impact assessment (EIA) acceptance information for the 110,000-tonne high-performance phosphate-based cathode material project invested and constructed by Shandong Lithium Source Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lopal Technology. According to the announcement, the project is located in the Chemical Industry Park of Juancheng County, Heze City, with a total investment of Yuan 10 billion and has now entered the EIA public notification phase.
It is reported that the project is an expansion initiative, specifically situated within the Chemical Industry Park of Juancheng County, and covers an additional area of approximately 33,867 square meters. The production process aligns largely with the main technology used in the existing lithium iron phosphate cathode material project, with the primary product being lithium iron phosphate powder.
