On January 12, business information showed that Chongqing Runkai New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established. The legal representative is Dai Wei, with a registered capital of Yuan 4.31 million. Its business scope includes power generation, electricity transmission, R&D of new energy technologies, solar power generation technology services, among others. According to the equity ownership structure diagram, the company is wholly owned by Contemporary Green Energy Co.ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL.
