According to China Customs statistics, in December 2025, China's exports of unwrought cobalt amounted to 584.827 tonnes, a month-on-month decrease of 44.35% and a year-on-year decrease of 15.32%. The cumulative export volume reached 15,055.704 tonnes in 2025, representing a cumulative year-on-year increase of 85.36%. The export value for the month was approximately USD $25.615 million, with an average export price of USD $43,799.70/tonne.
