On January 22, Easpring Material Technology Co., Ltd. announced that, in support of Finland's battery industry chain development and clean energy transition, Business Finland has resolved to approve a subsidy of up to approximately €115 million (the exact amount subject to actual disbursement) to Easpring Material Technology's subsidiary, Easpring (Finland) New Materials Co., Ltd. The subsidy is intended for the first phase of its European new materials industrial base project. The subsidy amount shall not exceed 20% of the total capital investment required for the project, and the funds will be disbursed in stages based on construction progress.
On January 20, 2026, Easpring (Finland) New Materials received a subsidy of €27,810,484 (equivalent to approximately Yuan 226 million) from the local Finnish government. This government subsidy is asset-related and accounts for 1.71% of the Company's latest audited net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company.
