Both parties intend to strengthen cooperation in the fields of solid-state batteries and new energy industries, establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership.
Judging from the framework agreement, the strategic collaboration is structured clearly and pragmatically, focusing on three core dimensions and specifying a clear implementation timeline. The agreement establishes a five-year cooperation period but includes a key provision. In detail, if the two parties fail to sign a written agreement regarding battery materials and investment content within two years, this framework agreement will automatically terminate.
