Indonesia cuts all thermal coal HBA prices for H2 February

Indonesia's Harga Batubara Acuan (HBA) thermal coal reference prices and their derivatives, issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), have been all set lower for the second half of February, Mysteel Global has learned.
