Indonesia ups all thermal coal HBA prices for H2 April

Indonesia's Harga Batubara Acuan (HBA) thermal coal reference prices and their derivatives for the second half of April have all been set higher by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) compared with two weeks ago, Mysteel Global has learned.
