North Queensland's coal exports drop 2.5% MoM in Feb

Coal exports from three Australian terminals under the management of North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation (NQBP) reached 8.75 million tonnes in February, down by another 2.5% from January, according to the company's latest data.
Shipments in January had totaled 8.97 million tonnes, as Mysteel Global reported, lower by a large 26% on month and 4.8% on year, declines which market analysts had blamed on disruptions to shipments caused by Tropical Cyclone Koji earlier in the month.   During last month, shipments to overseas destinations via
