Recently, the Yichang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment released the first public notice for the environmental impact assessment of the Hubei Huaxing New Energy Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 240,000 Tonnes of Iron-route Ferrous Phosphate and Supporting Public Auxiliary Facilities Project.
The project is located in the Yidu Chemical Industry Park in Yichang City, Hubei Province. It plans to construct core production facilities such as new production workshops, three-dimensional warehouses, and tank farm areas, along with comprehensive auxiliary and environmental protection facilities including a fire water station, rainwater and accident water pools. Once completed, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 240,000 tonnes of iron-route ferrous phosphate.
It is reported that Hubei Huaxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recently jointly established by Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of Yuan 600 million. Wanhua Chemical holds 70% of the shares, while Xingfa Group holds 30%. The joint venture is located in Yidu, Yichang, Hubei Province, and its business scope covers battery manufacturing, new energy technology research and development, waste battery recycling and utilization, and energy storage technology services.
