EU launches AD probe into copper tube imports from China, Mexico, Vietnam, Uzbekistan

The European Commission has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into imports of copper tubes originating in China, Mexico, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan, following a complaint lodged by an EU industry association.

The probe was formally launched on March 12 in response to an application filed earlier this year on January 26 by the EU Copper Tubes Defence Committee on behalf of the Union industry of copper tubes. The complainants had alleged that imports from these countries are being dumped and
