On March 20, the London Metal Exchange (LME) issued a notice stating that, in accordance with LME Notices No. 26/071 and 26/072, the final registration date for refined nickel products under the brands NORILSK NICKEL HARJAVALTA BRIQUETTES (nickel briquettes and rounds) and NORILSK NICKEL HARJAVALTA CATHODES (nickel cathodes), produced by Norilsk Nickel Harjavalta Oy, will be June 18, 2026. Effective June 19, these brands will no longer be accepted for registration.
