FLASH: DRC cobalt authority extends Q1 export quotas to be ssed alongside Q2 allocation until June 30

On March 31, the DRC cobalt regulatory authority stated that miners are permitted to execute the cobalt export quotas for the first quarter of 2026 in parallel with the quotas for the second quarter, until June 30. The total cobalt export quotas allocated to miners for 2026 remain valid.
