NBS: China's Q1 FAI rises 1.7%, property investment falls again

China's fixed asset investment (FAI) registered a small on-year rise of 1.7% in the first three months of 2026 to total Yuan 10.27 trillion ($1.5 trillion), according to the latest release from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on April 16.
