Australia imposes AD, countervailing duties on Chinese HRCs, with limited exemptions

Australia’s Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science has accepted the Anti-Dumping Commission’s final recommendations to impose anti-dumping (AD) duties of 38.1%-79% and countervailing duties (CVD) of 3.4% on hot-rolled coil imports from certain Chinese exporters, according to two notices published by the Commission on May 4.
