Colombia issues final AD ruling on Chinese iron or steel welded pipe imports

Colombia has made a final ruling in an anti-dumping (AD) investigation involving China-origin imports of iron or steel welded pipes, after determining that the products entered the Colombian market at dumped prices and caused material injury to the domestic industry, according to a resolution issued by Colombia’s Directorate of Foreign Trade and published in the official gazette on April 29.

The final measure maintains a reference-price mechanism under which AD duties apply whenever the declared FOB import price falls below the minimum reference price of $2,126.66/tonne.
