On May 9, 2026, BYD and CAR Inc. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the Flash Charging China Initiative along with a framework agreement for the procurement of 100,000 vehicles in Shenzhen. The two parties reached an in-depth cooperation intention on the "Flash Charging China Initiative" and signed the procurement framework agreement for 100,000 vehicles, jointly advancing the upgrade of green mobility infrastructure and the high-quality, sustainable development of the car rental industry. This signing further expands the scope of cooperation between the two parties.
