On June 1, Trina Solar Co., Ltd. announced a major technological breakthrough in photovoltaics. Its self-developed perovskite/silicon tandem module, with an industrial standard size of 3.1 square meters, was calibrated by TÜV SÜD at a peak power of 907W and a full-area module efficiency of 29.2%, setting a new world record for tandem module power.
