On June 5, CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd. responded to investors on an investor relations platform, stating that the company adopts pyrometallurgical routes, specifically the RKEF process and oxygen-enriched side-blown process, for the smelting stage in its resource-to-material channel. Compared with hydrometallurgical nickel smelting, the company's pyrometallurgical process uses relatively little sulfur, so the direct impact of sulfur price increases and supply shortages on the company is limited. The company currently has sufficient orders and is carrying out production and operations in an orderly manner.
