Coal exports from Australia's Newcastle rise 48% YoY in May

Exports of all types of coal from the Port of Newcastle in Southeast Australia's New South Wales (NSW) reached 13.25 million tonnes in May, surging by over 48% from the year-ago level, according to recent trade data from the port.
