Tongwei Smart Energy (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. has recently undergone an industrial and commercial registration change, adding Zhongqing Technology (Sichuan) Partnership (Limited Partnership) as a new shareholder. Its registered capital has been increased from Yuan 50 million to Yuan 200 million. The company, established in June 2024, has Chen Xingyu as its legal representative. Its business scope includes power supply services, contract energy management, and sales of electronic components and electromechanical components. It is jointly held by Tongwei Co., Ltd. and the newly added shareholder.
