UPDATE: India extends AD duties on Chinese seamless steel tubes to Jan 2027

India has extended the anti-dumping duties on imports of seamless tubes, pipes and hollow profiles of iron, alloy or non-alloy steel imported from China until January 27 next year, according to a recent notification issued by India's Ministry of Finance.

The extension pushes the expiry date from October 27 2026 to January 27 2027 and is aimed at preserving the existing trade measures pending the completion of the second sunset review launched on March 20 this year by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR).
