UPDATE: Thailand widens AD scope on Chinese high-carbon steel wire rods

Thailand's Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties Committee announced on July 21 that it has expanded the scope of its anti-dumping (AD) duties on high-carbon wire rods originating in China, covering products containing a carbon content of 0.66% to less than 0.76%.
Thailand originally imposed AD duties on Chinese high-carbon wire rods with a diameter of less than 14 mm with a carbon content of 0.76-0.92% by weight on October 17 2014, with rates ranging from 5.17% to 33.98%.   Following the first sunset review, duties were revised upward to 12.26-36.79%, effective until
