On September 18, EVE Energy announced that it has signed a supply agreement to produce and deliver 206 GWh of batteries to Fluence for the 2027–2031 period. The scale of this supply agreement is enormous, equivalent to 1.7 times EVE Energy's total power and energy storage shipments for the full year of 2025 (121.2 GWh). This collaboration marks a major breakthrough for the company in entering the core supply chain for AI data center (AIDC) energy storage.
Fluence, a joint venture established by Siemens and AES, is a leading U.S. energy storage integrator with deep engagement in the AIDC sector. In June of this year, it partnered with Siemens and NVIDIA to unveil an AI data center power architecture, launching a complete power-and-energy-storage reference solution compatible with NVIDIA's DSX Vera Rubin AI computing cluster. According to management guidance, Fluence has already signed supply agreements with two hyperscalers.
This agreement enables EVE Energy, through its partnership with Fluence, to connect with top-tier global AI computing power infrastructure demand, positioning itself as a core supplier and opening up long-term growth opportunities for continuously securing AIDC energy storage orders.
